Here is a Google apps script to automatically post TheThingsWeSay images on your own Facebook Timeline or Groups.

Steps

• Click on the link above and sign in with your google account.
• Open File menu, choose Make a copy.
• Change variables fbUser and thisWebAppUri values (read instructions)
• When it's all set and done, you may paste the Current web app URL into the address bar in a new tab to test and see the script logs.
• You can set the script to run automatically by setting the Current project trigger
